OUT_FAX

The table OUT_FAX is the main table for the fax out service. Records inserted into this table will be faxed out. The table contains information regarding to the sender and receiver of the fax and fax number to use.

Fax_Name Varchar (255) MS-FAX This is the name of the fax transmission to be sent out.
This information is typically displayed on the top of a received fax.
Fax_Path Varchar (255) MS-FAX Name of the fax server if other than default fax server specified in the Administration Console: servername.domain.
Receiver_Fax_Number Yes Varchar (50) All Fax number which should be used in the transmissions. Special charters like -/() may be used. /fax
Receiver_Name Nvarchar (100) All Name of receiver.This information is typically displayed on the top of a received fax. /name
Sender_Fax_Number Varchar (50) MS-FAX, RightFax This information is typically displayed on the top of a received fax.
Sender_Name Nvarchar (100) MS-FAX, RightFax This information is typically displayed on the top of a received fax as the person sending the fax.
Cover_Template Varchar (50) All Reference to the fax cover page fax form that is typically managed on the fax server.When using FaxLogic as fax service provider reference the cover sheet “Name”. If omitted the default cover sheet will be used.
Cover_Subject Nvarchar (255) MS-FAX, FaxLogic Fax cover sheet subject field.
Cover_Note Nvarchar (max) All Fax cover sheet message field.
DR_To_E-mail Varchar (100) MS-FAX Delivery report e-mail recipient.

Processed_On Datetime All Updated by Boomerang indicating when fax message was sent.
