Usages

The Boomerang Notification Framework can be used for a wide variety of applications and in different business scenarios. Boomerang helps you send critical information to customers, partners, and employees. The notifications can contain links that enable the recipient to browse to a web site to retrieve more information or to acknowledge receipt of the information.

Boomerang can be used to distribute recipient and data driven business intelligence in an email, fax or to a twitter account. Boomerang may be used to simplify and streamline interactions between technicians in a call center and customers.

Boomerang is a great complement to any ERP/CRM systems and it may be used as a communication engine in your application or as stand alone component in your IT infrastructure.
